NOTE: I don't consider myself an expert by any means, nor am I foolish enough to think I'm incapable of error. My point in putting this together is to first, give new modders a library of information to get started with, and second, to try and wash out the elitism and lack of community I see plaguing the scene these days. There are so many great people modding out there, but there is also a lot of elitism mixed in as well.
